The Belgrave Clinic aims to provide a quality primary health care service to individuals, families and groups of people who live or work within the broad catchment area of the practice. While making direct interventions to ensure the physical and psychological health of our patients, we also aim to empower them to make educated and informed decisions regarding their own health. We do this by providing a consultation style that places a premium on the need for clear communication. Our team provides a system that facilitates access to the wide range of preventative, acute, and long term health care facilities that exist in our city. We embrace a holistic approach to patient care.
We aim to provide a service that is equitable, that caters for public and private patients alike while being conscious of needy groups in our population. We strive to operate a cost efficient system of health care delivery, both in terms of charges to patients and the use of public and private resources. We will continue to participate in ongoing medical education through The Irish College of General Practitioners and other professional groups. We support and will participate in the education and training, in the community, of undergraduate student doctors and nurses and postgraduate general practitioners. We will continue to work with public and private health care providers, voluntary and professional organisations and community groups for the general improvement of health care services.
